This two hour workshop gives you the opportunity to recharge and reflect upon the wonderful yet challenging, journey of parenting. By deepening our awareness of mindfulness, through a gentle yoga practice, journaling, and discussions, we can deepen our compassion, and acceptance--towards ourselves and our children.
When: Thursday, August 16 from 7:30-9:30pm
